* This document is a short introduction to basic concepts and definitions in classical physics, with an emphasis on simple practical applications of physical principles. It assumes no mathematics beyond elementary algebra and geometry. Elementary electricity and magnetism is not discussed in detail, as that will eventually be the subject of a separate document. It also generally ignores quantum-physical phenomena, which will be discussed in another separate document.
